Vice President, Business Development

Steve joined Vringo as Vice President of Business Development in June 2006. Steve is an experienced and accomplished business development professional in both the mobile and internet space. He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at Axis Mobile in Tel Aviv, a leading provider of mass market mobile e-mail solutions.

Prior to this he was Vice President of Business Development at Shopping.com where he worked for six years first in the United States and then in Europe. Steve played a key role in helping Shopping.com grow from a small company with almost no revenues to a public company with over $100mm in revenues that was ultimately acquired by eBay (Public, NASDAQ:EBAY) for $620 million. In Europe, Steve was responsible for the majority of the company's revenue across European Territories. His team's responsibilities included search engine marketing, sourcing and negotiating new partnerships to drive traffic, revenue and net income, negotiating and managing European sponsored links relationship with Google, working with engineering on implementation of new deals, managing existing relationships and defining future product needs.

Steve began his career as a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton in New York where he spent two years as an Associate in the Financial and Health Services Group.

Steve graduated Harvard Law School in 1998, Magna Cum Laude and also holds a B.A in Economics, Magna Cum Laude from Yeshiva University, New York.
