Haim is VP of Business Development and Carrier relationships in Europe. Prior to joining Vringo, Haim was with Followap (2001-2007) which was acquired by Neustar (NASDAQ:NSR) for $139 million where he was Head of Project Management, VP Strategic Accounts and VP Service Marketing. In his role as VP Strategic Accounts, Haim generated over $35 million of revenues. Joining Followap at nascent stage, Haim set up the Project Management department, established account management practices and managed the relations with the Vodafone group (Global and 10 Vodafone operators), SFR, Cellcom and Bouygues. Later on, Haim moved on to manage the Service Success team in Followap responsible for generating consumer uptake with the company's Instant Messaging service. His successes there include Turkcell and the 3 group.

Prior to Followap, Haim was a Managing Director and co-Founder of PCIT (1998-2001) an IT consulting firm (fully owned subsidiary of an Israeli accounting firm, Porat) with focus on ebusiness (ERP/CRM) and financial systems to the banking industry turnkey projects. Customers included Pelephone, Comverse, Oracle, Amdocs, Partner, Motorola, Scitex and Bank Hapoalim.

Haim graduated the Tel Aviv University Law School in 1997.
