Dov brings to Vringo a wealth of experience in engineering leadership and carrier network solutions.

Prior to joining Vringo, Dov worked at NMS Communications for six years as Director of Engineering, developing NMS's carrier-grade, high-availability Voice Application Platform (HearSay) as well as the mobile applications running it (MyCaller & MobilePlace). These products were extensively deployed at carriers around, the world serving millions of subscribers.

Before that Dov lead the R&D group at TraderTools in developing real-time, highly available, order management, risk management, and data aggregation and dissemination systems for Energy and FOREX market front desks. In this area he specialized in server and enterprise application design and deployment for leading financial institutions in Europe and the US.

Dov holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
