David joined Vringo as Vice President, Finance and Administration in June 2006. David is a CPA with extensive audit experience in a variety of R&D and Technology companies.

David joined Vringo from Siemens Computer Aided Diagnosis, a subsidiary of Siemens AG, where he served as Chief Business & Financial Officer. Prior to that David spent five years at KPMG's Jerusalem office, serving on the audit team for a number of high profile clients, including Intel and Applied Materials.

David is a certified CPA in Israel and was admitted into the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in 2005.

He has a BS. in Accounting and a BA in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
