Prior to Vringo he was Senior Vice President of Global Digital and Music at Entertainment Rights, plc (LON:ERT). Entertainment Rights controls over 8,700 video titles and associated new production and merchandising rights.

Andrew was Vice President of Digital Media at Classic Media until its acquisition by Entertainment Rights. He has created digital licensed products and services for ER's brands including He-Man, Godzilla, Transformers, Rocky and Bullwinkle, George of the Jungle, Casper the Friendly Ghost, VeggieTales and others as well as created co-marketing campaigns with Alltel, Cingular and Sprint. He has driven deals with market leaders such as AOL, Joost!, Google Video, YouTube, MobiTV Infospace, Matertronic, Ignition Games and Genius Productions. He also led efforts spearheading digital anti-piracy efforts.

Prior to Classic, Andrew was General Manager for the Rights Group, LLC where he oversaw mobile marketing campaigns for major international brands such as Visa and Pepsi. In this role developed and negotiated relationships with technology vendors such as Comverse, Mobile 365 and Mobliss. He was also responsible for selling and executing mobile products including the Britney Spears mobile fan club and Justin Timberlake and American Idol branded karaoke. In addition he also worked on sponsorship deals between Britney Spears and Samsung and Justin Timberlake and Orange U.K.

Previously, as Marketing Director at JCOR Entertainment, a privately funded record label, Andrew managed online marketing and operations for its artists.

Andrew has B.A. in Business Administration from the School of Business and Public Management at George Washington University.
