George Allen has been with Warbug Pincus since February of 2001. He joined the firm from a European Communications venture where he served as director of business development.

At Warburg Pincus, George focuses on communications services and communications technology investing. He holds a B.S. degree in engineering from Yale University. In addition to serving as a director for Vringo, George is also a director for Telmar Network Technology.
